Apologies for the lateness, but there's much afoot that I (at least one of the several me's around here) will be talking a lot about in the coming days. But for now, it's the fifth day leading up to Songs & Sorcery, and today, it's time to discuss the Fourth Level of the Walled City. Home to wealthy merchants, religious leaders, and the factories of industrial sorcery, the Fourth Level mixes fantastic opulence with the drudgery of the forgeworkers and the wage-mages.
